Employment Forms
The Wood County Human Resources Department wants to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new employees. In an effort to prepare
employees for their first day of work, we have provided the links to the required employment forms all newly hired employees must complete.
These forms are available to download and print. We recommend completing the forms and bringing them with you to your scheduled new hire
orientation.
If you do not have printing capabilities, copies of the forms will be available for you to complete at New Hire Orientation.
Please be prepared to complete them at this time.
Benefit Information
Employees will be asked to make their benefit election decisions with Wood County during their first week of employment. The Benefit Guide provides
detailed information concerning Wood County’s benefit offerings. The information will also be reviewed during new hire orientation.
Employees accrue vacation and sick hours each pay period (bi-weekly) starting on their hire date. The number hours accrued per pay period
is based upon your employment status and vacation hours are also based on years of service.
