At the regular September 15, 2026, meeting of the Wood County Board of Supervisors, the following ordinance was adopted:
Ordinance 26-9-2: Ordinance #709; Ordinance Requiring Notice to Wood County of the Intent to Construct a Large-Scale Data Center Within the County.
