Pursuant to §65.90, Wis. Statutes, the Wood County Board, at its meeting on December 17, 2024, made the following budget changes:
24-12-1: To amend the 2024 budget for Health Department’s budget (54121) for the purpose of disbursing funds for approved Opioid Remediation with Opioid Settlement Funds totaling $550,000.
24-12-2: To amend the 2024 WIC budget for the purpose of funding higher than anticipated expenditures with additional funding from state grants totaling $20,000.
24-12-3: To amend the 2024 Consolidated Contract budget for the purpose of funding higher than anticipated expenditures with funding from state grants totaling $7,000.
24-12-4: To amend the 2024 Healthy Smiles budget for the purpose of funding higher than anticipated expenditures with additional funding from . FISCAL NOTE: No cost to Wood County. The adjustment to the budget totals $20,000.
24-12-5: To amend the 2024 Adams/Juneau budget for the purpose of funding higher than anticipated expenditures with additional licensing revenue totaling $10,000.
24-12-6: Amend the 2024 Wood County Multi-Discharge Variance (MDV) budget (56126) for unanticipated MDV point source permittee payments and to appropriate those monies to the MDV budget expenditures totaling $24,392.41.
24-12-7: To amend the 2024 budget of various Highway functions for additional expenditures of $2,704,040 not anticipated during the original budget process with excess revenues and unspent budget dollars within the highway budget totaling the same amount.
24-12-8: To amend the 2025 budgets of the various functions for projects that were approved with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding totaling $3,023,851.
